The position of utility billing clerk and court clerk is a non-exempt city of Chapman employee who reports to the city clerk. The employee is responsible for citizen assistance, revenue receipting, monthly utility bills, customer account maintenance, municipal court records maintenance and other clerical duties as assigned. The Concession Manager is a seasonal position within The City of Chapman Parks and Recreation Department and reporting to the Parks and Recreation Director.  Concession Manager is responsible for all aspects of concessions sales, purchasing, budgeting and pricing. Softball & Baseball Maintenance Employee Job Description

The city of Chapman is looking to hire a seasonal, part-time, temporary laborer. Under the supervision of the Public Works Director, the part time laborer performs manual labor 40 hours or less per week, as scheduled by his or her department head, in the areas of streets and alleys, equipment repairs, parks maintenance, equipment and facility care and maintenance and special projects.  Duties will be assigned according to age restrictions imposed by State and Federal labor laws when applicable. Primary function of the position is mowing and grounds up-keep. Applications can be picked up at city hall or obtained online at chapmanks.com.
