The City of Chapman provides residents with electric, water, and sewer services. A $150.00 refundable deposit and $101.50 connection fees are required to begin services.
Public Works will read water and electric meters between the 18th and 21st of each month. Utility bills are generally mailed to residents on the last working day of each month and are due on the 20th of each month. Late letters are mailed on the 21st of each month and a 10% late fee will be added to any outstanding balance.
If payment is not made by the 1st of the month, service will be disconnected and the account will be charged a $100.00 reconnection fee. The entire balance, including the reconnection fee, must be paid in full to resume service.
